Read correspondence
ResearchCord records advisory work as standalone email-style HTML under plans/correspondance/. These files are readable in any browser and transparent in the project folder.
1. One artifact per exchange.
Each file has From, To, Date, and Re fields, then a plain-language request, specialist response, and execution decision or update.
2. Advice stays separate from authority.
Specialists can recommend, flag risks, or proceed when unblocked. The PI remains the final authority.
3. Files stay transparent.
The record is not hidden in a database. Agents create readable HTML files that can be opened, committed, searched, or shared.
